Order Processing Time

Q: What is the processing time?

A: Processing time for most orders are processed within 3-7 business days depending on the size of the order, unless you are paying a rush fee. (Weekends and holidays are excluded) Processing times are totally separate from the shipping time frame you choose.

Q: What are the Shipping Methods and Delivery?

A: We currently work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders such as USPS and sometimes time UPS. Please keep in mind that due to the upcoming holidays, shipping carriers can sometimes delay packages due to their workload.

Q: What shipping options are available?

A: During checkout, you can select from available shipping options, which may include standard, expedited, or express shipping, depending on your location. Delivery options are also available with a 15 miles radius. 

Q: What are the Delivery Times?

A: Estimated Delivery Times are based on your location, selected shipping method, and product availability. Estimated Delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Our processing times and turnaround times are separate from shipping times.

Q: How do we track our order?

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Q: What are the Shipping Costs & Delays

A: Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including the shipping method, destination, order weight, and size. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Q: What if there is a shipping delay?

A: Trina Treasures LLC is committed to meeting estimated delivery times; however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or high demand periods. In the event of a significant shipping delay we will make every effort to communicate updates to affected customers.
